Cook & Collins is a serious neighborhood eatery featuring a menu of “Fun American Fare” set in “Modern Classic” design. Think blonde woods, plush velvet banquets, subway tiles and a wall of mirrors in an assortment of whimsical frames. The dining room, terrace and patio are the perfect settings for a night on the town, a leisurely lunch or a fun brunch. Chef Jared Estes has a fresh, local and ever so trendy approach to American Comfort Food, skillfully prepared by executive chef Josh Shobe and his expertly trained culinary staff in a scratch kitchen.
