We are looking for a HR Manager for our Houston office. We are a small IT Consulting organization and this candidate will be overseeing day to day HR operations for the employees located throughout North America. Reporting to the VP Operations, briefly the job duties will include the following:
• Recruiting and staffing logistics
• Employee on boarding and orientation
• Immigration and legal compliance processes
• Employee Relations and grievance handling
• Compensation and Benefits administration
• Organization Development initiatives and communication
• HRIS operations
• Adhoc HR projects as per business need
