Had a very nice saleperson work with us and pass us to a KIA specialist, a charming New Yorker, who did a great job and would have sold us a car, but they couldn't compete with the trade in deal offered us by Ford on our Ford trade in. I have to say they dealt with us fairly and honestly but couldn't quite compete because Ford was able to offer a much higher trade in price on our Escape. Almost sorry we couldn't make a Sorento work with them.

I came into Kia looking for an affordable vehicle that wouldn't leave me stranded on the road. Luckily I found just the man... PATRICK! He was super helpful and patient (which is extremely important in purchasing a car). He listened to my needs and did not try to up-sell cars I had no use for. I ended up rolling out of there with keys to a new Kia Soul. It ended up being the best car I've had in my life! Since I use my car for work, I found it extremely helpful that Patrick helped me find something that fit my agenda. thanks again! hope to see you again soon, buddy!

First of all let me say that I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new Cadenza. This car has it all ! Fully loaded with the most beautiful leather. What made this car buying experience even better was the staff at Kia Serramonte. I felt no pressure from the sales team. They were friendly, knowledgable, and really took the time to explain all the features and differences in the cars. I felt very confident making my final decision. All in all I want to thank Kia of Serramonte for a wonderful car buying experience. I have recommended this dealership to two of my friends who both drove away with Kia's that they love !

This is the best place to shop and/or buy a new car in the bay area.
They have a wide range of models in their inventory with a very competitive pricing and the buying atmosphere is straightforward and very relaxed. I recently purchased a 2012 Kia Sportage that my wife fell in love with in their showroom and needless to say I got the deal that I wanted, for the terms I liked and walked out smiling with a brand new car in less than 3 hours.
Their internet sales staff were a great help giving out quotes faster that anybody else's.
